Main Responsibilities - Roxanne is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the organization. Integrating the strategic plan goals and the President & CEO's goals for the organization turning them into an actionable plan in collaboration with the Leadership Team and staff.
Personal Info - Roxanne received her MBA in 1994 and had a successful career in accounting and business management for another 20 years. She became a License Unity Teacher in 2012, graduated from Unity Urban Ministerial School in 2015 and was ordained as a Unity Minister by Rev. Phil Pierson in 2016. She is married and a mother of two. Roxanne loves spending time with her family and friends, maintains a strong abundance consciousness, and appreciates all the many blessings in her life. She prays daily for mindfulness and compassion. Her credo is, “To live happy, joyous, and free, one day at a time, being of maximum service to God and those around her.”
Ministry Info - Roxanne was the Ministerial Associate at Christ Church Unity 2012 to 2017, then transitioned to Senior Minister at Unity on the Space Coast 2017 to 2023. She was hired at Unity Worldwide Ministries as Chief Operating Officer in January 2024.
