To best serve our members, Unity Worldwide Ministries requires that every ministry AND every Credentialed Leader (Ministers/LUTs/Spiritual Leaders) complete and submit an annual report by March 31 for the prior calendar year. The Annual Ministry Report (AMR) contains information about the ministry and the ministry's prior year activities, and can be completed by the leader or ministry staff. The Credentialed Leaders Report (CLR) is required for all credentialled Unity leaders (both active AND retired, both ministers and LUTs) and non-Unity Spiritual Leaders. The CLR contains information about you and your prior year activities. If you are leading a small ministry with no other staff, you will need to complete BOTH reports - one for your ministry and one for you.
These reports provide us with essential information that allows UWM to provide resources and services that are relevant and meaningful to our members. It also assists us in keeping our records up-to-date including our Find-A-Community, the online directory feature which aids individuals and families in finding a Unity ministry to attend.

All licensed teachers and Unity ministers (both "active" and "retired"), and all Spiritual Leaders should complete and submit the CLR annually.
