Main Responsibilities - Dana's main responsibilities are to protect the vital assets of UWM, ensure compliance with financial regulations, close the books correctly, and communicate value and risk issues to stakeholders and the Board of Trustees. Including leading negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize a UWM's productivity and performance. Dana's additional responsibilities include leading the human resources function, creating and implementing HR strategies that support the UWM's goals and objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation across the organization.
