Learn to show up for the big and small moments of life using meditation and mindfulness.
Live Sessions: Saturday, February 9, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (CT)
(Enrichment course content opens January 28)
With Stacey’s expertise and guidance, we will explore the many faces of Presence, from being present with the Presence, being present with one another, and being present to our own experience in our work, in our communities, and with family and friends. The call to action is to Be Here Now, but what does that look like in action? How do we fully show up with our communities, with our friends and families, and with each other? Life can be stressful. Life can be fast. Life can be demanding. But in all that, there is opportunity to truly be present with the Presence, and in this way, we truly live.
