Description
Unity of Oak Park (UOP) is a vibrant spiritual community creating a loving world through prayer, meditation, education, and service. Centered in Spirit, we focus on the teaching of Unity’s Truth Principles. We seek a minister rooted in the teaching of Jesus, the Fillmores and others to lead, inspire, teach, and manage a ministry with the support of a loving congregation.
The minister is responsible for the overall administration of the church, offers spiritual guidance and support, and is committed to connecting spiritual principles to everyday life. UOP is diverse, welcoming all. We offer spiritual services, youth ministry, classes, meditation, prayer chaplaincy, music, various groups, and ongoing events. We look to expand our offerings. UOP is located in a stunning historical Maher building in lovely Oak Park, Illinois, close to Chicago’s many resources/opportunities.
