Description
We are seeking a compassionate and inspirational leader for a church whose primary
focus is connecting the spiritual to the practical. Using the 12 Unity Powers as guides for spiritual
messaging and guidance, the minister plans, makes decisions, and sustains the church’s organizational
integrity. By compassionate, we mean a leader/minister who is sensitive to the needs of others and
then acts on those needs through advocacy and programmatic action. We are also seeking a minister
who has integrity‐i.e., someone with strong moral principles who can be trusted to act ethically in all
situations. We are seeking a minister with management skills to administer a multifaceted
organization of staff and volunteers.
Unity of Jupiter is located on the southeast coast of Florida in the City of Jupiter, near West Palm
Beach. We are an active community with miles of beaches, restaurants, cultural activities,
educational opportunities, and multiple outdoor activities
