Description
Unity Renaissance of Chesapeake, Virginia is seeking a spirit-focused, mission-centric leader with great people and pastoral skills. We wish to attract a visionary person who is committed to constant communion with God and who can enthusiastically help us expand our spiritual connections and grow our community.

We have much strength: a dedicated staff and Board of Trustees; numerous volunteer ministries; a vibrant Music Ministry led by Rev. Richard Mekdeci; a passionate Prayer and Pastoral Care Ministry led by Rev. Ann DeMichael; and more. On Sundays, we serve over 100 people of all races, creeds, and lifestyles. Our Youth Ed program, inspiring 25 or more young people each week, includes a highly active Y.O.U. team.
We are located on a beautiful, partially wooded, four-acre lot in the city of Chesapeake, one of seven cities that comprise the greater Coastal Virginia (Hampton Roads) Region. Chesapeake’s major recent recognitions include “Top 100 Cities to Live in the US” and “Top 10 Hardest Working Cities in America”, by WalletHub. We recently completed a beautiful church renovation and expansion, which includes state-of-the-art equipment for livestreaming and premium audio.
