“Serving Today’s Ministries With Purpose”
You’re Invited to a Focus Group
We need your input! Our Unity Worldwide Ministries (UWM) board and central office staff are starting a strategic planning process to help us better serve you. We’re calling it the “Better Together Project.” With John Wimberly as our coach and consultant, we will get clarity on the purpose of our UWM central office and board. All success begins with clarity of purpose, then goals and strategies will follow.
See Rev. Patricia T. Bass, Interim CEO, introduce John in her video update.
John will conduct focus groups via Zoom with the field and meet personally with our staff and board. We’ll have a report for you in June at the Unity People’s Convention.
Anyone who is an active part of Unity is invited to participate in the focus groups (ministers, LUTs, spiritual leaders, ministry lay leaders, youth ministry leaders). Each group is limited to 15 people.
The 90-minute focus groups will discuss some questions:
- What do I love about being a part of Unity?
- What is the purpose of UWM within Unity?
- What is the purpose of the central office of UWM?
- What is the purpose of the UWM board?
- How can we serve you better and more effectively?
We need your answers to those questions and more!
