Ministries can use this checklist to evaluate their Youth and Family Ministry (YFM) Program and to help determine how to strengthen it. Areas of evaluation include welcoming, experiencing the Presence, programming, curriculum, classrooms, staff and volunteers, training, sacred safety/risk management, policies and procedures, insurance, and the Uniteen (preteen) and Youth of Unity (YOU/teen) programs.
