These dates were chosen with the following considerations:
- To keep the week in March.
- Not to interfere with Ash Wednesday or Holy Week.
- Intensive week runs from Thursday to Thursday ( * with the 1st years coming in on the Wednesday evening before the first Thursday).
- Applicants that are accepted into the program will meet with their mentor on Friday morning, and have a two-hour ethics refresher on Friday afternoon at the end of the intensive week.
