The PDF below contains applications for the Enlightened Leaders (EL) program, part of the Transformation Experience (TE). There are two forms, one for spiritual communities which requires Board member signatures and another for individuals who wish to participate on their own. These forms may be filled out online and printed using Acrobat Reader or printed blank and filled in.
