We have some very exciting news and networking opportunities for you. We have just learned that we can offer exhibit space aboard the 2013 Unity People's Convention on Royal Caribbean's newest state of the art ship, Oasis of the Seas. Because of this late notice we are able to offer this space to you at the regular cruising rates. So get on board today and make your reservation aboard the Oasis of the Seas. This amazing ship has truly revolutionized cruising. Check out the convention information to view all of its amenities. This is one convention you’ll want to be on board with as we “Magnify the Light”! We hope to see you there.

Show Hours

Since this trade show is on a cruise ship, Exhibits can be set up in the lobby where General Sessions will be held. Exhibitors will have one hour to set up before each session and 30 minutes after each session to tear down. During the other times exhibts can be set up in the Conference Center Lobby located next to our Bookstore area for additional traffic.

Saturday, June 8 ~ Set up 2:00pm  
Exhibitors must check in with the on-site registration desk to pick up admission badges, set up directions and booth location.
Sunday, June 9:  9:30am-12:00pm (Opal Theater)
Sunday, June 9:  2:00-6:00pm (Conference Center)
Monday, June 10: 3:30-6:00 pm (Conference Center)
Tuesday, June 11:  8:30am-11:30am (Opal Theater)
Wednesday, June 12:  8:00am-12:30pm (Studio B)

Wednesday, June 12: 1:00-6:pm (Conference Center)
Friday, June 14:  7:30am-11:00am (Studio B)
Friday, June 14:  12:30-6:00pm (Conference Center)
