Unity of Pompano Beach is ready to welcome our new minister who is a compassionate, inclusive, energetic, and grounded leader! This is an opportunity to lead and co-create with a Unity community that has a solid foundation and is also ready to grow and further evolve into a center with a strong purpose and mission.
Our ideal Minister is enthusiastic about building upon our foundation while continuing to develop leaders, volunteers, and prayer chaplains who will support our future as a mission-centric community. Our priority is to continue expanding our spiritual consciousness and practical application of principles, evolve our leadership, and serve our Unity community and surrounding area. Experience or expertise in developing strategies and plans to support the vision and growth of our center is highly desirable.
We have been serving the Pompano Beach area for over 60 years. Our community is a vibrant, diverse, caring group that genuinely enjoys fellowship time and learning together. We value Unity foundational teachings, affirmative prayer, and metaphysics, mixed with New Thought teachings. We have a high percentage of volunteerism (75%) and dedicated leaders. Prayer and our prayer ministry are essential to us. Our music ministry is top-notch and a true blessing. We have a beautiful campus that offers lots of opportunities to add additional income streams. Our buildings and grounds team keeps our property clean and in good shape.
